Price: |

Prices are quoted in US dollar with the FOB Bandaranayke International Airport at Colombo. Prices are excludes freight and export documentation costs. In addition to the price of the fish, we charge a packing fee of US$10 per box for discus. Also with the handling fee of US$40 per shipment. Freight charges should have to settle on arrival of the fish by you. Prices are subject to change without notice due to demand and supply. |

Order can be placed through our email address. There is no minimum order, however the freight charge will be cheaper for the shipment more than 45 kg. |

Packing: |
|
 |
| |
|
Fishes are packed in polyform boxes. The dimensions of the boxes are 60cm x 30cm x 5cm OR 47cm x 41cm x 37cm. The weight per box is approximately 15 kgs.
The amount of fish in box given in the packing list is only an indication for fishes packed to endure a 24 - 36 hour flight time excluding unexpected delays during the transportation. The amount of fish in the box may be changed to suit each situation. |

Delivery: |

|
Fish are quarantined and delivered within 14 working days after full payment is received.
Delivery is also subject to airlines approval of shipping space and customer confirmation of shipment. Any required document must be informed prior in order to avoid delay of the shipment. |

Guarantees & Claims: |

If the fish do not arrive in a live or if the fish die within 24 hours after receiving them at the airport, we will replace the fish for FREE. The picture of dead fish must be sent to us within 24 hours. While having the dead pictures of fish please take them out of water.
The fish will be replaced on the next order.
We will replace the dead specimen on your next order. Pictures of dead fishes must be sent to us immediately within 24 hours after the receipt of the fishes. Our guarantee does not cover the cost of shipping or applicable packing charge.
In the event of loss due to flight delays or mishandling by airplane, claims should subject directly to the airline concerned. In any event, you're advised to keep us informed.
Please note that upon discovering evidences pointing towards fraudulences, we obtain the rights to reject the suspected claim. Please be reassured that we do not want to risk losing any honest customer, and we will not terminate a claim without obvious prove.
